Weekly Self Defence Classes (By Invitation Only)
These small-group classes are designed for people who want to build real-world confidence, awareness, and practical self defence skills — in a calm, structured environment.
Sessions focus on:
Awareness and avoiding danger before it happens
Simple, effective techniques that work under pressure
Building confidence through realistic but controlled training
This is not a fitness class or a traditional martial arts club.
The focus is on practical skills for everyday situations.
Weekly classes will be introduced in phases, with limited spaces available to ensure a high-quality experience for every participant.

Priority will be given to those who have successfully completed the 10-week Self Defence Foundations course.
