Self Defence Intro Session – Try Before You Commit (15th April)

£5.00

Curious about self defence but not sure what to expect?

This small-group intro session is designed to give you a feel for the training, the environment, and the kind of practical skills you’ll learn — without committing to the full 10-week course.

You’ll be guided through simple, effective techniques focused on awareness, avoidance, and real-world situations, all in a relaxed and supportive setting.

This is not about fitness levels or fighting ability — it’s designed for everyday people who want to feel more confident and capable.

What to expect:

  • A welcoming, non-intimidating environment

  • Simple, practical self defence techniques

  • A chance to experience how the full course is structured

  • Plenty of guidance and support throughout

Details:

  • 📍 East Linton Village Hall

  • 📅 15th April 6pm

  • ⏱ Approx. 60–90 minutes

  • 👥 Limited to a small group to keep it personal

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you’ve been considering the course, this is the best way to try it first.
