A structured 10-week self-defence course designed for complete beginners.

You’ll learn how to recognise danger, stay calm under pressure, and respond effectively in real-world situations.

Small group training ensures individual attention and a supportive environment throughout.

Normal fitness classes are only 1 hour long, but we train for 1.5 hours to get the most out of the experience. Don’t worry, this will be suitable for all fitness levels!
