You’ll build your skills step by step, starting with awareness and finishing with realistic pressure-tested training.

Your Instructor
With a military background, early experience in Chinese boxing, an HND in Personal Training and over 4 years of Krav Maga training, I focus on teaching simple, effective self-defence that works in real-life, unpredictable situations.
I completed my instructor training through Krav Maga Israel under Ron Engelman. My approach to training is structured and realistic to ensure everyone learns and can fully benefit.
