FAQ
👕 What to Wear
Keep it simple, comfortable, and practical.
Recommended:
T-shirt or athletic top
Joggers, leggings, or shorts
Trainers (clean indoor use if possible)
Avoid:
Jeans or restrictive clothing
Clothing with zips, studs, or sharp elements
Very loose items that could catch or snag
👉 You will be moving, striking, and working with partners — comfort and mobility matter.
⌚ Watches & Jewellery
For safety, please remove:
Watches
Rings
Bracelets
Necklaces
Earrings (studs are usually fine, but best removed if possible)
👉 Even small items can cause injury during training — to you or your partner.
💄 Makeup & Personal Care
Keep makeup minimal if possible
Avoid heavy foundation or products that may transfer during contact
Tie long hair back securely
👉 Expect close contact and light physical pressure drills.
💧 Drinks & Hydration
Bring a bottle of water
Hydration is important — especially during more active sessions
👉 No energy drinks needed — we’ll build intensity progressively.

You’re very welcome to bring them along.
We’ll take a look and let you know if they’re suitable for use within the class.

If you’ve experienced a difficult or stressful situation in the past, it’s completely understandable to feel nervous.
You’re very welcome to reach out before attending — we’re happy to talk things through and make sure you feel comfortable.

⚠️ Safety First
Immediately stop if instructed
Inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns
Do not attempt techniques outside of what is being taught

🚫 Behaviour That Will Not Be Tolerated
The following may result in immediate removal from the course:
Aggressive or unsafe conduct
Disrespectful language or behaviour
Ignoring instructor guidance
Making others feel uncomfortable or unsafe
Repeated disruption to the class

The instructor reserves the right to:
Sit a participant out of a drill
Remove someone from a session
Ask a participant to leave the course permanently
